Payments and Refunds

• Oddsy is not accepting payments through its shop at this time.
• The current app does not offer self-service subscriptions or paid Stars packs.
• Stars are included as free game points used to keep score in friendly prediction rounds.

• Stars cannot be bought, sold, sent to another person, withdrawn, or redeemed.
• Stars have no cash value and exist only as an in-game score.
• Support will never ask you to send money so that Stars can be added to an account.

• The current Oddsy app will not start a charge from the shop.
• If you have an older receipt or see a charge that you believe is connected to Oddsy, contact support with the date, amount, and receipt reference so it can be investigated.
• Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment details by email.

• If Oddsy introduces optional paid software later, the price and what is included will be shown before an order is confirmed.
• Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented with that specific offer.
• Nothing will be purchased without an explicit confirmation step.
