Terms of Service

• Oddsy lets users create spaces, record prediction prompts, invite friends to make picks, join mini-games, chat, and resolve results.
• Stars are free game points for scores and bragging rights.
• You are responsible for the content you create and the results you resolve in your spaces.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not harass others, impersonate people, spam invites, manipulate scores or results, exploit bugs, or use automation to abuse the service.
• Do not create illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or unsafe content.

• Stars have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person, redeemed, or withdrawn.
• When you make a pick, your chosen Stars move into that round’s shared score. After the result is recorded, the shared score is redistributed to the friends who called it right under the round rules.
• We may grant, adjust, remove, or reset Stars when needed to correct bugs, abuse, testing artifacts, or product changes.
• Stars are displayed only as game points for picks, results, scoreboards, and friendly bragging rights.

• Oddsy currently provides its game features and Stars without a checkout or paid Stars packs.
• You may not sell or transfer an account, Stars, scores, or access to an Oddsy space.
• If optional paid software is introduced later, its price, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be shown separately before you choose to activate it.

• You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Oddsy permission to host, display, and process it so the app works.
• Private spaces are intended for invited members. Public spaces and public profiles may be visible to other users.
• Space owners and admins may manage members, prediction rounds, chats, and resolution flows according to the product rules.

• Oddsy may change features, limits, or availability over time.
• We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the platform.
